Charming little hotel with a brilliant location, just a quick walk from the train station and the Duomo. Enjoyed the cozy family room, perfect size for my group. Having a balcony offered nice street views. The staff were exceptionally helpful. they provided us with maps and great recommendations for local eateries. While breakfast was conveniently available for €8, the noise from the nearby street could be disruptive, especially at night. Didn't realize how tiny the elevator would be. we often resorted to taking the stairs, which could be tiring after long days. The bathroom could have used some updates, too. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some quirks.

The air conditioning turned off randomly, causing discomfort!!! The bathroom in Room 106 is shockingly small, making it hard to use the toilet properly!!! Overall, the noise levels from outside were disruptive, especially at night!!!

Located conveniently near transportation, this accommodation features comfortable beds and charming vintage decor. The staff was genuinely welcoming and helpful, with a particular highlight being the delightful continental breakfast. However, the noise from the bustling area can be a bit bothersome, and the room's space was somewhat limited for a group. Nonetheless, the strategic location allows for easy access to major attractions and local amenities, making it an ideal base for exploration.

Great location & awesome staff!
Our stay was nice! The room was clean and comfy, just what we needed. Breakfast options were fantastic, especially with in-room service available. The only issue was the noise from above on Friday night. it kept us up a bit. Still, the location near the train station can't be beat!

Recommend it for families
The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat and worked like a charm, kept us cool after long days of walking. We found a cozy little spot nearby for dinner that served the best Florentine steak, and we were back at the hotel in no time, just a hop from the main attractions.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was okay.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The location was excellent for exploring Florence! Although we loved the friendly staff, be prepared for some noise from other guests. The breakfast featuring homemade pastries was a delightful start to our mornings. Consider a room with a large mirror if you need to get ready quickly!

Just a strong match for a weekend jaunt in Florence with value for money. The location was great, very close to the train station and next door to a grocery store. Bring your own snacks as the small refrigerator isn't very spacious.
